How is pricing determined?

Our pricing is tailored to your needs.

It depends on the project scope, required services, and level of customization. We factor in scenarios, modules, filters, Airtables/Google Sheets, and custom code needed to accomplish your goals.

You’ll receive a clear, upfront proposal outlining all costs to ensure transparency.

Are there ongoing costs after implementation?

Yes, Ongoing costs include maintenance, training, and updates. These keep your system running smoothly while giving you peace of mind.

Or, you could opt for our "Just Build-It" package where there are no ongoing costs and you own the entire system.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, online banking providers, and ACH transfers. If you have specific requirements, let us know, and we’ll work with you.

Do you accept payment plans?

Yes.

For our "Just Build It" package:

You pay 50% upfront, with the balance divided into four equal monthly payments. For example, on a $1,000 project, you’d pay $500 upfront, followed by four $125 monthly payments. Ownership transfers upon final payment, but you can use the systems in the meantime.

For our "Standard Maintained" packages:

We break the project into milestones. A 50% upfront payment is required, and as each section of the project is completed and approved by you, we will send an invoice for the corresponding milestone.

If I get the Just Build It package, can I get help or maintenance later?

Yes, we provide support upon request for Just Build It packages at our standard rates. Whether you need updates, changes, or other enhancements, we’re here to help keep your systems running smoothly.

Do you offer refunds?

We cannot offer refunds once development and services begin. Every solution is tailored to your needs, ensuring it meets your expectations before implementation. Our process ensures satisfaction, so refunds are rarely, if ever, needed.

How long does it take to implement a solution?

Most projects are completed in 30-60 days, depending on complexity. During the proposal stage, we’ll give you an estimated timeline based on your project to keep you informed.

What happens if something goes wrong or breaks?

Our maintenance plans include fixes for any issues that arise. We’re here to ensure your system works as expected, providing reliable support when you need it.

Can I upgrade or modify my solution later?

Absolutely. We design our systems with scalability in mind, allowing you to upgrade or adjust them as your needs evolve.

If we need to change the process of the automation, additional fees may apply, as process changes are not covered under our maintenance package and will be billed at our standard rates.
